I am a dedicated and experienced accounting professional, currently serving as the General Manager in our esteemed accounting firm. With a strong educational background and practical experience, I have developed a comprehensive skill set to effectively manage various aspects of accounting and finance.

My journey in accounting began during high school, where I studied basic accounting principles in form 4 and form 5. Building upon this foundation, I pursued a one-year matriculation program specializing in accounting, achieving an impressive CGPA of 3.95. I furthered my education by obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with Honors from UKM, with a CGPA of 3.33.

During my academic journey, I had the opportunity to gain practical experience by handling clients’ accounts. This hands-on experience allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios. Additionally, I completed a 6-month internship where I successfully managed full sets of accounts, gaining valuable insights into the accounting industry.

As an Accounting Officer, I am responsible for daily data entry in SQL Accounting and generating the company’s management accounts. I am proficient in bank reconciliation and have experience preparing data and documents for audit purposes. I have also handled client accounts for both NGO and commercial entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements on a yearly and monthly basis.

In terms of technical skills, I am well-versed in various accounting systems such as UBS, SQL, and Xero Accounting. Additionally, I am proficient in using Microsoft Word, Office Suite, Excel, Google Sheets, and Canva, enabling me to efficiently handle various tasks and create visually appealing presentations.

With my strong educational background, practical experience, and proficiency in various software applications, I am confident in my ability to effectively manage and oversee accounting operations. Throughout my career, I have held various roles, including Account Assistant, HR & Account Executive, and Assistant Manager for Finance & Account. In these positions, I have gained extensive knowledge in banking operations, bookkeeping, and accounting. I am proud to hold a Pearson LCCI Level 1 & 2 certification in Bookkeeping & Accounting (VRQ), which further enhances my expertise in the field.

One of my notable achievements includes successfully managing bulk payroll for 250 employees and above. Additionally, I excel in cash flow management and have a deep understanding of financial forecasting, budgeting, banking, wealth management, and taxation. My ability to assist directly to the CEO and CFO of the company demonstrates my proficiency in providing strategic financial advice and guidance.

With my comprehensive knowledge, practical experience, and technical skills, I am confident in my ability to contribute to any finance and accounting team. I am dedicated to ensuring financial stability and success for the companies I work with.

Moreover, she held the esteemed position of Managing Director at Yuuki Global Sdn Bhd, where she led a workforce of up to 152 talented professionals. Her keen business acumen and passion for excellence have been instrumental in driving the company’s success.

In my current role as Manager of People & Culture at Yuuki Global Sdn Bhd, I am responsible for the overall development of the department. I manage compensation and benefits for employees and oversee the monthly payroll closing process. Additionally, I play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive work culture within the organization.

During my tenure at Tripfort Sdn Bhd as a Customer Service representative, I handled the check-in and check-out procedures for the homestay. I provided exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction. Additionally, I was responsible for creating and managing the monthly customer service schedule.

As a Manager of Administration at Yuuki Global Sdn Bhd, I successfully managed four divisions within the department.
